View Permissions Assigned to Users
View the feature permissions assigned to a user based on their CAL and group memberships. The permissions list updates in real-time when the CAL or group permissions change.
Prerequisites
- Assigned to the User Manager group or User Management permissions enabled.
View User Permissions
- Select the hamburger menu (☰), then go to Admin > Users & Groups.
- Locate the user whose permissions you want to view.
- Select the overflow menu (three dots) next to the user, then select View Permissions.
The permissions dialog displays all feature permissions assigned to the user, showing the source (CAL or group) for each permission.

Use this information to verify user access levels or troubleshoot permission-related issues.
