How to Disable User in VIDIZMO Portal

You can disable users in the portal to make them inactive. It is different from deleting a user, as the user remains in the system but cannot perform any actions within it.

To learn more, see Understanding User Mangement

When a user is disable from your VIDIZMO portal, any assigned Client Access Licenses (CALs) to that disable user will remain assigned to that user.

Prerequisites

  • Only users with access rights to the user management group can disable other users in the portal or if their group has user management feature permission enabled.
