Enabling Auto Email Confirmation for Users in VIDIZMO

Through Auto Email Confirmation, new users can log in directly to the VIDIZMO portal without email confirmation. Discover how to enable auto email confirmation for individual and multiple users in VIDIZMO. This will save time and allow seamless access to the portal without the need for manual email confirmations.

When adding a new user to the portal, the auto email confirmation option can be used. If the option is missed, you can send a confirmation email using the following steps.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you are a member of the default group, User Manager, or a group with user management permission enabled.

Enabling Auto Email Confirmation for Individual Users

  1. Access User and Groups page.
  2. Locate the overflow menu next to the respective user you wish to send confirmation email.
  3. Click the overflow menu and choose the "Auto Email Confirmation" option.

A confirmation message will briefly appear indicating successful email confirmation of that user.

Enabling Auto Email Confirmation for Multiple Users

  1. Select multiple users you wish to confirm.
  2. Click the action button.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Confirm Email.

A confirmation message will briefly appear indicating successful email confirmation of bulk users.

Note: Once the email is confirmed, the Email Confirmation option will no longer be available for that user.
