How to Restrict Users from Accessing Portal

Portal restriction allows you to limit portal access to Managers and Administrators only, restricting other user roles (viewers, contributors, and moderators) from accessing the portal. This is useful for security, privacy, or maintenance purposes.

Restrict Portal Access

  1. Select the navigation menu.
  2. Expand Admin.
  3. Select Portal Settings.
  4. Expand Library.
  5. Select Portal Restriction.
  6. Select Restrict Portal Access to Managers & Administrators.
  7. Select Update.

To remove the restriction, deselect the checkbox and select Update.
