How to Configure Comment Moderation
Comment moderation allows you to review and approve comments before they appear on the media's playback page. Managers and Administrators can enable comment moderation at the portal level.
Enable Comment Moderation
- Select the navigation menu.
- Expand Admin.
- Select Portal Settings.
- Expand Library.
- Select Comments.
- Enable Allow Comments if not already enabled.
- Select Allow Comment Moderation.
- Select Update.
